“e-services & software” encompasses all of the Neopost know-how for the development of effective software solutions for the area of output management, customer communication management, data quality management and e-invoicing as well as the support of mail processing.

Mail processing is becoming more and more digital. For more than 30.000 Neopost-customers in Germany and Austria this means: they may save work, time and cost and improve the customer dialogue at the same time. We support them with software and web based e-services and accompany them during this change – no matter how they want to transmit their documents and communication contents: by means of paper, digitally or hybrid.

Amongst our customers are companies of various branches like wholesale, construction materials, gastronomy, hotel industry, groceries, publishing industry, and office communication etc. Neopost views itself amongst all as a partner of small and medium sized companies with medium to high output volume. We have the best contacts to the contact partners responsible for the output area in the respective companies.

For “e-service & software” we employ and in-house team of more than 25 employees consisting of business consultants as well as a strong team of experts for system engineering which will take care of our solutions as well as the consulting, implementation and support. Furthermore a team of telemarketers and first level supporters is available to advise the customer. Because of this comprehensive sales and service network we can offer solution oriented support as well as technical support onsite for both our German and Austrian customers.
