Ricoh is a new provider in the TRAFFIQX® network
Companies want to exchange business documents quickly, securely and cost-optimized and are increasingly relying on electronic processes that can be automated. Ricoh becomes a TRAFFIQX Provider and thus a solution provider for electronic data exchange between companies.
Mit diesem Schritt erweitert das Technologieunternehmen seine Möglichkeiten im Bereich E-Invoicing und im Hinblick auf die Automatisierung von Dokumenten-Workflows. Im Fokus steht hierbei nicht mehr die bloße Erstellung eines PDF-Dokuments und dessen Übertragung per E-Mail Vielmehr geht es um die Erweiterung der bisherigen Produktionskette um mehrere Faktoren. Was bislang aus Druckdatengenerierung, Produktion, Kuvertierung und Postauflieferung bestand wird nun erweitert um weitere Themenkomplexe wie Datensatzerstellung, sichere Übertragungswege und inhaltliche Absprachen sowie formelle rechtliche Prüfung – und das je Empfänger. Schließlich existieren inzwischen unzählige Standards und deren individuellen Abwandlungen sowie komplexe Vorgaben und Anforderungen in unterschiedlichen Ländern. In ganz Europa gewinnen im öffentlichen Sektor elektronische Verfahren zum Rechnungsaustausch gemäß EU-Richtlinie 2014/55/EU immer mehr in den Fokus von kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen sowie Konzernen und Behörden gleichermaßen. Die Nachfrage an geeigneten Lösungen wächst. Weltweit wird das Volumen allein an Rechnungen pro Jahr auf insgesamt 400 Milliarden Dokumente geschätzt (Quelle: Billentis Marktstudie, Bruno Koch, 2017). Ricoh setzt für seine Lösung auf das TRAFFIQX® Netzwerk und tritt als eigenständiger Provider auf. TRAFFIQX® bildet dabei die technologische Basis, die alle Provider dieses Netzwerks einsetzen und damit von neuen Datenformaten und Verfahren sowie technologischen und organisatorischen Neuerungen profitieren. Today, more than 350,000 companies already transfer around 4 million documents within the TRAFFIQX® network. More than 350 data formats are available for the ad-hoc exchange of quotations, orders, delivery bills, invoices, reminders and other documents. In addition, numerous other platforms and providers as well as electronic archives can be connected via roaming and direct connection. The processes and services are based on the principles for the proper keeping and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access (GoBD).
